About me .... and why I might be the ideal coach for you.
The decision to formalise my earlier and informal coaching practise into a business came from my realisation that as I was looking for my next career opportunity it had to be something I wanted to do and would enjoy.
Having previously provided mentoring and coaching to countless colleagues and team members; a move into a formal coaching role was the decision I made (not quite a lightbulb moment - but close!)
While my role as a coach is not to tell you what to do - in working with me you can be confident that I will work honestly and openly with you, maintain your confidence and trust and tailor our interactions to your specific needs. Our initial first meetingis no obligation and really is your opportunity to find out more about coaching, if it would work for you and most importantly if you find my style and approach one that you could work with and benefit from.
Becoming a better and more effective leader or manager is not easy and coaching is one of the positive actions you can take to achieve your goals.
