As self-aware leaders, we have the power to look at situations from a new perspective, focusing outward instead of inward. When we see what others see, we can lead with empathy and emotional intelligence.
To become more self-aware, we should develop an understanding of ourselves in many areas.
Key areas for self-awareness include our personality traits, personal values, habits, emotions, and the psychological needs that drive our behaviours.
Workshop colleagues will experience an engaging and practical day on self-awareness and leading.
You can expect to learn about how your values inform your leadership approach; your preferred behaviour styles and approach to communicating; managing your energy and resilience and understanding team dynamics and the components of high performing teams.
