Before entering into an agreement to provide coaching it is essential that we engage and discuss the focus for your coaching work and at the end of this initial first meeting (normally 30 minutes) either of us can decide not to progress to a coaching relationship.
There is no obligation and I won't be offended (I promise!) if you decide that either I or coaching is not right for you now.

Getting started with executive coaching
The most important first step is to book your initial 20 minute meeting with me.
This will be an online meeting using Google Meet and costs €20.00.
You can find the day and time which suits you and where you are unlikely to be interrupted or disturbed.
This meeting is your time to ask me any questions about coaching and also allows me to explain my approach to coaching, the types of people I work with, important stuff like confidentiality, costs and record keeping.
You don't need to have a specific issue or area you want to work on in coaching but it can be helpful if you have some general area(s).
If you are self-funding we can discuss costs and payment. If your employer is funding your coaching I will need their contact details and how we will work in terms of updating them or not on our meetings.
